Peter joined apm as a Property Manager in 2014 when they took over the rent roll of his previous employer. Starting in Real Estate in 1987 Peter began his career as a sales person before progressing to Branch Manager, then to Licensee, and then in 2000 Peter moved into Property Management as a Property Manager. In December 2016, Peter started a dual role within apm of Property Manager and Health and Safety Advisor, where he ensures apm is compliant in all aspects in regards to the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015.
Peter’s ability to remain focused on the priorities, even when under pressure as well as his hands on approach to property management have served him very well and have been among the keys to his success to date.
Before entering the Real Estate industry Peter was involved in the banking and construction industries, his experience in these careers has provided an excellent foundation for his property management role. Peter is keen to continue expanding his portfolio and would like to add you to his growing list of happy clients.
