Our focus on reducing the risks associated with property management and delivering exceptional service to our clients has not changed in over 30 years.
Our Residential Property Management division of more than 30 property managers and administrators manages a growing portfolio of more than 2,200 rental properties across the Auckland region from Warkworth to Te Kauwhata, and Ranui to Waiheke Island.
Our Body Corporate Management team provides reduced risk management for over 7,800 individual units, represented by more than 300 Bodies Corporate and Residents’ Associations or Societies across New Zealand from Tutukaka to Queenstown, and Henderson to Gisborne.
Our Commercial Property Management division manages over 300 commercial and industrial properties and close to 500 tenancies, mostly in Auckland.
Our holiday home management team was set up to support holiday home owners on Auckland’s Waiheke Island. Operating under the Waiheke Escapes brand, it provides short-term holiday rental services to Waiheke visitors while ensuring that owner’s properties are well maintained.
