Facilities Coordinator

Due to ongoing business growth Auckland Property Management (trading as ‘apm’) has a vacancy for an experienced Facilities Coordinator to support the provision of Facilities Management services across commercial and body corporate portfolios, including:

  • Site inspections
  • Planned Preventive Maintenance 
  • Responsive Repairs 
  • BWoF Management
  • Health & Safety compliance 
  • Contractor management
  • Project management
  • Cleansing, management, and analysis of data to review asset life cycle

The ideal candidate will have had a recent role involving facilities management, excellent communication skills, Health & Safety knowledge and be experienced in conducting site inspections.

The role will include conducting routine facilities management inspections.  Although based in central Auckland, the appointee will need to travel throughout the Auckland region and on occasion will have the flexibility to work from home.  Remuneration will be set according to the candidate’s skills and experience.  All staff automatically receive life and trauma insurance cover from the commencement of their employment.
