Kerry Kirwan

Relieving / Best Practice Manager

Kerry joined the apm team in early 2024, and she supports the Residential Property Management business across several operational areas. These include as Best Practice Manager and subject matter expert – particularly for healthy homes and tenancy law matters. Kerry also ensures the various moving parts of our property management software solutions continue to perform as they should, and she covers our property management team when they take annual leave.

Kerry has held senior management and leadership roles in property management since 2017, and prior to that has an extensive background in human resources and recruitment, including running her own successful recruitment business for many years.

Kerry is an accredited property management member of REINZ, she holds a Master’s Degree in Historical Studies, and is a qualified Recruitment Consultant. In her spare time Kerry plays lawn bowls (she says she is getting better at it!), is a keen Rugby League supporter, and she likes to get out and about by walking her Chocolate Labrador, Emmy.  Kerry also enjoys attending Tai Chi classes, and she continues to be fascinated by Medieval history, particularly the Viking Period.
