Garth Williams

Commercial Property Manager

Garth joined apm as a Commercial Property Manager in October 2022 after previously working as a Commercial Property Manager in the South Island.

He is a problem solver, and holds university qualifications, including a Bachelor of Business Studies in Valuation and Property Management. Garth has completed all the Southern Institute of Technology papers for the Graduate Certificate in Project Management and has nearly completed the Graduate Diploma in Project Management.

Garth has held various government sector roles, worked for a New Zealand corporate, and worked as a Graduate Valuer for New Zealand’s largest valuation company. He has numerous years’ experience in the property management and property industry and is licensed under the REAA 2008.

Outside work, Garth enjoys being with family and friends and exploring the great outdoors. In the past, he and his wife have been avid scuba divers. They now enjoy snorkeling and kayaking in locations such as the Abel Tasman National Park and other incredible New Zealand locations. They have two daughters.
