Ish Chandrasekar

Property Manager

Ish was born in India but raised in Muscat, Oman in the Middle East. She received a Bachelor’s in International Hospitality Management from Oxford, UK and she has a MBA in Marketing & Global Business from Auckland Institute of Studies.

Interpersonal, communication, and customer service are her core skills with a career spanning over seven years in the hospitality industry, mainly in the food and beverage sector. Ish switched industries back in 2021 and found her calling in Property Management which brought her to joining the apm Residential Property Management team in early 2025.

In her spare time, Ish is a full time pet parent to her fur baby and enjoys going for walks on the beach with him.
