Era has over 13 years’ experience in accounting and finance, including 9 years in body corporate/property management accounting in UAE and Oman. In her previous role at a leading property firm in Dubai UAE, Era was responsible for overseeing accounting and administration functions. Her portfolio included 2500 units where she excelled in budgeting, financial reporting, utility billing, managing service provider payments, addressing owners committee and owners’ queries and tax and audit compliance.

Era is an Associate Member of CIMA U.K. (The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) and a member of CPA, Australia (Certified Practising Accountant). She is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration at Auckland University of Technology (AUT).
