apm Referrals
Here at apm we are currently finalising budgets and are optimistic of significant growth this year in all parts of our business: residential property management, commercial property management, body corporate management, residents’ association management and facilities management. We quietly rebranded two years ago and have decided that its time we cranked up some activity to increase our brand awareness. We’ve updated the signage on our vehicles, we’re improving our online presence, and you can expect to see some billboard advertising soon. We’re also going to be upgrading our website.
Our best business though comes through referrals from you and that’s why our short customer satisfaction surveys focus on one key question: “How likely are you to recommend us to friends and family?”. Thank you for the many referrals we have received over the past year and please keep them coming. We very much appreciate your support and we do, of course, reward your referrals so please tell us when you’ve recommended us to someone in case they forget to tell us themselves. Also, if for any reason our service doesn’t rate a 10 out of 10 score, let us know what needs to improve so we can put things right.
Just as you refer business to us, we are happy to put you in touch with reputable accountants, insurance brokers, mortgage brokers, valuers and other specialist service providers. We also have a very large database of certified, insured and health and safety compliant trade service providers so, if you need a recommendation for a tradie to do work at your own home, just ask one of our team.

Kind regards
Bill Highet

Legislation Changes in Rental Property Management
The Residential Tenancies Amendment Act 2024, enacted on December 17, 2024, introduced significant changes affecting landlords in Auckland and across New Zealand. As property investors, it’s crucial to understand these amendments to ensure compliance and optimise property management strategies.
General Manager Celia Burbery highlights a few key points in the new legislation which landlords need to be aware of.

Back to Basics for Bodies Corporate
A Body Corporate is a legal entity formed to manage and maintain the shared/common areas of a building or complex in a unit title development. If you have recently purchased a unit title property, or a new to Body corporate living, then read our latest article where we go back to basics on bodies corporate living and management.

How A Commercial Property Manager Can Help Investors
For many property investors, hiring a skilled commercial property manager is an essential strategy to get the most out of their property. A commercial property manager ensures their property is in good hands and can offer a full range of services to save investors time, reduce risks, and maximise the profitability of their investments. In a recent article, we outline six ways a commercial property manager can help investors achieve their goals.
