Body Corporate Administration Manager

Michelle joined apm in June 2013 after she spent a decade in both Melbourne and the UK. She eventually decided it was time to return to New Zealand in order to cement her status as favourite aunty and to buy her first home.

Michelle has worked in a bookkeeping capacity for many companies, big and small, from a staff of three at Howick Premier Golf to a network of hospitals at the Royal Melbourne hospital.

She brings many years of experience, most recently as Finance Manager at Qualmark NZ now a division of Tourism NZ.

Michelle’s financial responsibilities at apm include reviewing financials accounts, GST and Tax requirements, receipting of levy payments and general accounts administration.

She also manages the sub metering utility on-charging and general queries for the Body Corporate team.

Happy to at last be on the Auckland property ladder, she is a music and animal lover and enjoys time with friends and family.
