Aileen Arroyo

Body Corporate Accountant

Aileen joined apm as a Body Corporate Administrator in 2016 and in 2023 was promoted to Body Corporate Accountant. Aileen has a wealth of experience in Accounting – with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting, from the University of the Philippines. With over 20 years’ experience under her belt Aileen has worked in numerous accounting and banking roles, dealing with transactional banking, cash handling and financial accounting.

Aileen was born and raised in the Philippines before moving to New Zealand with her family in 2011. Prior to joining apm Aileen spent time in different administration jobs including two years working at the Auckland Council. Aileen’s main motivation for joining apm was her curiosity about the Property Management industry.

Outside of work Aileen enjoys spending time in the water, reading, watching her favourite TV series and exploring Auckland’s walkways.
