I would like to tell you a little about us to determine if we are a good fit for each other. I’ve been in this industry for over 40 years and apm has been around since 1991. In 2021 we celebrated our 30^th anniversary, and that’s a big deal to us. Howard Morley was a Director of apm for over 30 years and is highly thought of in the industry. He has given a lot back to the industry including being Head of the Real Estate Institute of NZ from 2004-2006. In 2021 Bill Highet became a Managing Director and in 2024, Howard moved to a consultant role with Bill now Director and with two new shareholders Richard Dayman and Josh McKean being welcomed into the business. With multiple industry awards, exceptionally low arrears, high staff retention and management guarantee options, we are a company that has proved we can be relied upon.
