Property Manager – Waiheke Island

Amie joins apm with a background in Travel and Tourism, both international and domestic. The key skills she carries over here are strong listening and communication skills with clients, attention to detail and the love for doing the research!  She loves keeping clients up to date on what’s happening with new information that they will find useful and often invaluable.

Having grown up on Waiheke herself Amie believes her ‘back of the hand’ knowledge and strong relationships within the community make her an ideal property manager on the Island. Amie loves a challenge and was attracted to the Property Manager role because she likes to make a difference in clients lives. She looks forward to helping our landlords reduce and remove risks concerning their properties as well as ensuring tenants are safe and happy in their homes.

Having owned her own successful business since 2014 Amie understands how important it is to think outside the box and be to open minded, she is a is a big fan of Innovation and uses the latest technology and platforms to enhance the experience for both letting or looking to tenant a property.

In her spare time you will find her fishing, or swimming at the beach with her two boys.
