Katrin has been working in the property management industry since 2013 and has a Level 4 NZQA Residential Property Management qualification.

With a track record spanning multiple esteemed real estate firms, Katrin brings deep expertise in property management, specialising in both legislative compliance and stakeholder coordination. Previous to joining apm, Katrin was managing an extensive portfolio of up to 300 properties in cooperation with a great team whilst still offering her clients the best service.
