Jenny Jiang

Property Manager

Jenny has a management degree and has been working in the property management industry for over five years before joining apm as a Property Manager.

Working her way up in the industry from an assistant to an independent property manager to then becoming a property manager, Jenny knows the different needs from both property owners and tenants. Throughout her property management career she has conducted a high volume of monthly inspections which meant that Jenny gained invaluable knowledge and skills regarding property maintenance. This experience can help owners solve maintenance problems at the beginning, to ensure that her clients properties are well looked after.

Jenny is patient, detail orientated, and loves to have a personal discussion with property owners before the management starts to get to know the owner better and to set up an individual service. Jenny has a strong motivation in learning and is always ready to offer the best service.

Outside of work, Jenny enjoys spending time with her dogs and cats at home, or cooking and baking. Family time is also important to her!

工作之余，Jenny喜欢在家与她的狗和猫一起度过时光，或者做饭和烘焙,因为家庭时间对她来说也很重要
