Property Manager

Hayley has been in the property industry for eleven years and absolutely loves it. Her first three years were spent studying a Bachelor of Property at Auckland University and the following years have been spent harnessing her skill set in property management; from day to day operations and administration, right through to managing a team of ten people.

Hayley’s passion for the industry extends beyond the workplace. Starting her own residential portfolio in 2012, she understands property management from both an owner and agent’s perspective, as well as the importance of clear communication, sound knowledge, wealth creation, and she always places her client’s interests as the highest priority.

Being solutions focussed, Hayley takes great pride in her ability to secure wonderful tenants as she enjoys the social and relationship building aspects of the dynamic property management industry.

Hayley is a keen sportswoman with a strong family grounding; having played national level representative sport she knows how to work effectively as a member of a team as well as individually.

Joining the apm team in 2020, Hayley brings with her a positive attitude and drive to be the best she can be. Hayley is an approachable and relatable Property Manager who values hard work mixed with a fun “can do” attitude.
