Carmen joined us in 2011 when apm took over the property portfolio of Property Star, since then Carmen has proven to be a star herself and was appointed a Team Leader in 2017. Managing a portfolio in South Auckland, Carmen has the skill set that achieves results and makes her popular with her landlords, many of whom have been with her for quite a number of years.
Dedicated to delivering a first class service by acting efficiently and effectively in the first instance, Carmen provides regular feedback and always treats people with respect. With sound experience in Tenancy Tribunal work, Carmen is able to achieve outcomes for her landlords that impresses even other senior property managers and is a valuable asset for both apm and our clients alike.
