Matthias is passionate about people, processes and continuous improvement. With a genuine interest in all aspects of property management and interactions with people from all walks of life, and on either side of the property coin. Displaying great integrity and determination, Matthias is your first port of call.

Matthias’ family home is on Waiheke Island and loves all the quirks that Waiheke homes (and people!) bring to each day. He has a very diverse background but specific to property, brings a wealth of knowledge from various management roles in the insurance and construction industries. With his experience and keen approach to achieve effectively, Matthias provides a solid foundation for looking after you and your home.

Matthias is a methodical thinker with strong communication and facilitation skills. Calm natured, organised and a natural attention to detail, we are very fortunate to have Matthias in our team.

Outside of property, Matthias is closely involved in the music and events industry, with a passion for the arts sector throughout New Zealand and abroad.
