Lucas Rabold

Property Manager 

With a background in Early Childhood Education, Lucas has spent the past six years supporting families and managing busy classrooms. Now, he is excited for a new career challenge in property management — a field where care, structure, and forward-thinking are just as important.

Originally from Germany, Lucas moved to New Zealand in 2018 and quickly found a sense of home here. Joining apm as a Property Management Cadet is the perfect opportunity for him to grow, learn, and bring his strong problem-solving and planning skills into a new environment.

Lucas is passionate about helping people and creating positive experiences, whether it’s through resolving maintenance issues or ensuring properties are well cared for. Homes, just like people, need attention and understanding — and that’s what he aims to bring to the table.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find Lucas at the gym or exploring the outdoors. Staying active and connected to nature is a big part of who he is.

Lucas is proud to be part of the apm team and is looking forward to what’s ahead.
